If you have had a collision with another vehicle and you are responsible, confirm your policy effective date and the date of the collision or loss. Find the name of your underwriter on the bottom-right corner of your insurance declarations page, then inform the following:

To make sure you are contacting the correct insurance company, first determine who or what is responsible for the damage before making an insurance claim. There are three general paths to choose from: not responsible, responsible, and undetermined.
If you aren’t responsible for the collision and damage to your vehicle or another person’s vehicle, this claim must be reported directly to ICBC.
Four Points Insurance policyholders do not need to report a claim to us when they are not responsible.
If fault lies with you for the collision and damage(s) to the vehicle(s), you must report the claim to both ICBC and Four Points Insurance.
Please report first to ICBC to obtain a claim number then report to us, including that claim number in the form.
If the responsibility for a collision is unclear, or if it is shared, between you and another person, you must report the claim to both ICBC and Four Points Insurance.

Please have your name and Stratford policy number ready before you get in touch, as well as details about the incident, and any damage that may have occurred by your vehicle.
Capture the name, contact information, driver’s license number, and license plate of any other motorist involved in the collision (if applicable).
If there are any witnesses, collect their names and contact information too.
It is a good idea to take photos or record a video of the scene, as that information can be helpful when assessing the claim.

This coverage is on a reimbursement basis. Contact the local tow company in your area and keep the receipt. File a claim with Four Points and submit the receipt for reimbursement based on the applicable policy limits and coverages.
